Most items are already in stock so we aim to post within 3 days. Items made to order we aim for 7 days. Should there be a delay,for example in us aquiring the components to make up the item than customers will be notified of any delay & you have the right to cancel.
We accept payments by credit card via Paypal. This a secure checkout facility. Payment can also be made using whereby you can print off a barcode at checkout, take this to any Post Office & pay directly to them by any method. Your item will be dispatched as soon as the payment is made.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please send within 7 days & items will be posted when your cheque clears. Please put your address & card number on the reverse.
If any item is found to be faulty then please return within 14 days for an exchange or refund & we will refund postage. If you wish to return an item as you no longer require it than we will be happy to refund or exchange the item minus postage if you return it with 7 days. For hygiene reason, earrings cannot be returned.
Postage & packing charges are based on weight & will be shown at payment stage. Prices are as follows:-
Up to 100g - 80p
101-250g - £1.00
251-500g - £1.30
501-750g - £1.70
Baby gift basket £6.00
As a rule, most single items are only around 20g. Items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class. We always obtain proof of posting & any items lost in the post are then the responsibilty of Royal Mail. If your item has not been recieved after 15 days please contact us for the reciept for you to claim..
